During this tasting you will taste 5 wines accompanied by ‘taralli’.

This itinerary includes a tour of the wine cellar and vineyards to explore the history and traditions of the Bonazzi family. At the end of the tour, you will be offered our 5 wines, accompanied by taralli, crostoni (toasted bread) with our own homemade olive oil, and a platter of cold cuts and cheeses of Lessinia, piece of cake and chocolate.

We will taste 6 of our wines: Valpolicella Superiore, Ripasso, Camponi IGT, Beso IGT,  Amarone Classico and Recioto Classico.

Come and try the experience of tasting typical Valpolicella wines like a real sommelier by bringing yourself into play! The main aromas of the wines you will taste will be explained and you will receive simple data sheets, and then... let's play!

Every glass will be accompanied by toasted bread with our own homemade olive oil, and a platter of cold cuts and cheeses of Lessinia.

We will taste four of our wines and together guess which wine is which.
